Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Call Center Representative to join our team in Milwaukee. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for callers, answering phones and directing interested parties to the appropriate person or department regarding educational programs. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner
Provide general information about educational programs
Route calls to the appropriate department or staff member
Accurately document caller information and inquiries
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
Support administrative or call-center tasks as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous call center, customer service, or receptionist experience preferred
Strong verbal communication and listening skills
Ability to multitask and handle a high call volume
Basic computer skills and comfort using phone systems.
