CNC Programmer

Location: Franksville, WI
Shift: 1st Shift
Pay Rate: $38.00 per hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team in Franksville. This role is responsible for creating, optimizing, and supporting CNC programs to produce high-quality precision parts while improving efficiency, quality, and cycle times.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, write, and edit CNC programs for mills and/or lathes

  • Program using G-code and/or CAM software

  • Optimize cycle times, tooling, and machining processes

  • Support setup personnel and machinists during production runs

  • Troubleshoot programming and machining issues

  • Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions

  • Select tooling, fixtures, and cutting strategies

  • Maintain accurate program documentation and revisions

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of CNC programming experience preferred

  • Strong understanding of CNC milling and/or turning

  • Proficiency with G-code and CAM software (Mastercam preferred)

  • Advanced blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge

  • Strong problem-solving and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently on 1st shift
