Assembler – Entry Level (1st Shift)

Pay: $20–$22/hour
Shift: 1st Shift

Location: Richfield, WI

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Entry-Level Assembler to join our manufacturing team on 1st shift. This role is ideal for candidates looking to start a career in manufacturing and gain hands-on experience in a production environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble parts and components according to work instructions and blueprints

  • Use hand tools and basic power tools safely and effectively

  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Follow safety guidelines and company procedures

  • Work as part of a team to meet production goals

Qualifications

  • No prior assembly experience required (training provided)

  • Ability to read basic instructions and measurements

  • Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs

  • Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
