Job Title: Haas CNC Programmer / Setup – 1st Shift
Location: Menomonee Falls, WI
Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift (Daytime hours)

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Haas CNC Programmer/Setup Technician to join our manufacturing team in Menomonee Falls, WI. This role is responsible for programming, setting up, and operating Haas CNC machines to produce high-quality precision components. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Haas controls, blueprint reading, and tight-tolerance machining.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Haas CNC mills and/or lathes using G-code and/or CAM software

  • Perform full machine setups including tooling, fixtures, work offsets, and program uploads

  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T

  • Select appropriate tooling and determine speeds/feeds for optimal production

  • Conduct first-piece inspections and make program adjustments as needed

  • Monitor production runs to ensure quality and efficiency

  • Troubleshoot machining and programming issues

  • Maintain accurate production documentation

  • Follow all company safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of CNC programming and setup experience (Haas preferred)

  • Strong understanding of Haas controls and G-code programming

  • Experience with CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar preferred)

  • Ability to work with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, indicators, gauges)

  • Knowledge of tight-tolerance machining

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
