Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Industrial Painter to join our 2nd shift manufacturing team in Cudahy, WI. This role is responsible for preparing surfaces and applying industrial coatings to metal parts and equipment while meeting quality, safety, and production standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, masking, sanding, and blasting as required

  • Apply paint and coatings using spray guns and other industrial equipment

  • Mix paints and coatings per specifications

  • Inspect finished products to ensure proper coverage, thickness, and finish quality

  • Maintain paint booths, equipment, and work areas

  • Follow safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and ventilation systems

  • Meet production schedules and quality standards

  • Complete required documentation and reports

Qualifications:

  • Previous industrial painting experience required

  • Experience with spray painting, powder coating, or wet paint systems

  • Ability to read work orders and specifications

  • Strong attention to detail and quality

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
