Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team in Milwaukee, WI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and applying paint and coatings to industrial equipment, machinery, and components while ensuring high-quality finishes that meet company and customer specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed.
  • Apply primers, paints, and coatings using spray guns, brushes, and rollers.
  • Mix and match paints to achieve the required color and consistency.
  • Follow all safety procedures, including the use of PPE and proper ventilation.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary touch-ups.
  • Maintain and clean painting equipment and tools.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an Industrial Painter or similar role.
  • Knowledge of various painting techniques and industrial coatings.
  • Ability to read and interpret work orders and technical specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and proper handling of hazardous materials.
