Job Title: Laborer / Assembler
Location: Oconomowoc, WI
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday 5:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. | Friday 5:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Laborer/Assembler to join our team in Oconomowoc, WI. This role involves assisting with production, assembly, and general labor tasks in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with hand tools and production equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble products and components according to work instructions and blueprints

  • Use hand tools and basic power tools to complete assembly tasks

  • Perform general labor duties including material handling and product preparation

  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies

  • Assist team members and supervisors as needed to meet production goals

Qualifications:

  • Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required

  • Ability to read and follow written instructions

  • Comfortable using hand tools and measuring devices

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed

  • Strong attention to detail and work ethic

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
