Laborer / Fabricator

Location: Franksville, WI

Pay Rate: $20.00-21.00 per hour 
Shift: 1st Shift

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Laborer / Fabricator to join our manufacturing team in Franksville. This hands-on role supports fabrication and production operations by assisting with material handling, part fabrication, and general shop duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with fabrication of metal parts and assemblies

  • Operate basic shop equipment such as saws, grinders, drills, and presses

  • Load, unload, and move materials throughout the shop

  • Perform deburring, grinding, and finishing operations

  • Read basic blueprints and work instructions

  • Maintain a clean and safe work area

  • Follow all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Previous manufacturing, labor, or fabrication experience preferred

  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
