Job Title: Line Operator
Shift: 1st Shift
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Location: Milwaukee, WI

Position Overview:
We are seeking reliable and motivated Line Operators for 1st shift openings at our Milwaukee facility. This role is responsible for operating production line equipment, ensuring product quality, and maintaining efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a solid work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor production line equipment safely and efficiently

  • Load and unload materials onto the production line

  • Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met

  • Perform basic troubleshooting and report mechanical issues to supervisors

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures

  • Accurately complete production and quality documentation

Qualifications:

  • Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed

  • Strong attention to detail and quality

  • Dependable attendance and punctuality

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
