Job Title: Machine Operator
Shift: 2nd Shift
Location: Grafton, WI
Pay Rate: $19.00+ per hour (based on experience)

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team on 2nd shift in Grafton. This role is responsible for operating production equipment, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will have prior manufacturing experience and a strong mechanical aptitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and monitor machinery according to production specifications

  • Adjust machine settings to maintain quality and efficiency

  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards

  • Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting

  • Accurately complete production and quality documentation

  • Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Qualifications

  • Previous machine operating experience preferred

  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions and blueprints (preferred)

  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards

  • Basic math and measurement skills

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
