Position: Machine Operator
Location: Germantown, WI
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Germantown, WI. The Machine Operator will be responsible for safely operating production machinery, monitoring equipment, inspecting finished products, and maintaining a steady workflow while meeting quality and production standards.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Follow work instructions and production procedures.
  • Load and unload materials from machines.
  • Monitor machines during operation and make basic adjustments as needed.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Identify and report defective products or machine issues.
  • Perform basic measurements using tape measures, calipers, or gauges.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements.
  • Complete production paperwork and documentation.
  • Meet daily production and quality goals.
  • Assist with other production duties as needed.
