Pay Rate: 90,000+ annually

Summary

The Sales Manager is the senior sales leader accountable for defining, owning, and improving the company’s sales system. This role sets the direction for revenue growth, customer retention, pricing discipline, and market expansion, and is fully accountable for sales performance, forecasting accuracy, and system effectiveness.

The Sales Manager leads the sales organization through the Sales Supervisor, ensuring that clear strategy, processes, metrics, and talent development enable consistent execution. The role does not manage daily transactional sales activity or individual deal flow; instead, it ensures the structure, standards, and talent are in place for the Sales Supervisor and team to execute effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree or significant experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of 6–8 years of progressive sales experience.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of management experience.
• Advanced understanding and implementation of modern CRM systems to drive revenue growth and organizational efficiency.
• Advanced understanding of ERP systems.
• High level of analytical skill combined with excellent computer skills.
• Effective troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Able to handle frequent interruptions, meet tight deadlines, and manage conflict effectively.
• Ability to interact with people at all levels of responsibility.
