Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Custom Fabricator to join our team in Muskego, WI. This role involves building, modifying, and assembling custom metal components based on drawings and specifications. The ideal candidate has strong fabrication skills, attention to detail, and takes pride in high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate custom metal parts and assemblies from blueprints and work orders

• Perform welding (MIG/TIG), cutting, grinding, bending, and fitting of materials

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and fabrication drawings

• Use fabrication tools and equipment such as brakes, saws, grinders, and welders

• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines

Qualifications

• 3+ years of custom fabrication experience preferred

• Proficient in MIG and/or TIG welding

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and measurements

• Experience working with steel, aluminum, and other metals

• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
