CNC Machinist

Location: Milwaukee, WI
Pay Rate: $18–$28 per hour (based on experience)
Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team in Milwaukee. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machines to produce precision parts while meeting quality, safety, and production standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes

  • Load programs, adjust offsets, and change tooling as needed

  • Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions

  • Measure and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges

  • Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure quality standards are met

  • Troubleshoot machining issues and make basic adjustments

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

  • Complete production and inspection documentation accurately

Qualifications:

  • CNC machining experience preferred (training available for entry-level candidates)

  • Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T is a plus

  • Experience using precision measuring instruments

  • Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude

  • Reliable attendance and ability to work any shift

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical training a plus

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
