Mechanical Assembler

Location: Franklin, WI
Pay Rate: $18.10 per hour
Shifts Available: 1st and 2nd Shift

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable Mechanical Assembler to join our manufacturing team in Franklin. This role is responsible for assembling mechanical components and sub-assemblies using hand and power tools while following work instructions, blueprints, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble mechanical parts and products according to drawings and work instructions

  • Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices accurately

  • Perform basic quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

  • Work independently or as part of a team to meet production goals

Qualifications:

  • Previous mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience preferred

  • Ability to read basic blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, tape measures, etc.)

  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35–50 lbs as needed

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
