Job Summary:

The Mixer Blender is responsible for accurately combining raw ingredients according to specified formulas to create product batches. This position ensures all ingredients are properly measured, blended, and prepared for production while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Weigh and measure ingredients according to production formulas and schedules.

  • Operate mixing, blending, and related equipment safely and efficiently.

  • Monitor mixing times, speeds, and temperatures to ensure product quality.

  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and food safety guidelines.

  • Record batch information, ingredient usage, and lot numbers accurately.

  • Inspect ingredients and materials for quality and report any discrepancies.

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and work area.

  • Assist with material handling, such as moving raw materials or finished product.

  • Comply with all company policies, safety regulations, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
