Job Summary:

The Assembler is responsible for building and assembling components or finished products according to specifications and quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow work instructions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assemble parts and components according to blueprints, work instructions, or diagrams.

  • Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively.

  • Inspect parts and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

  • Identify and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the supervisor.

  • Maintain production efficiency and meet daily output goals.

  • Keep work area clean and organized, following all 5S and safety guidelines.

  • Package, label, or prepare products for shipment as needed.

  • Assist with inventory, material handling, and other production duties as assigned.
