Pay Rate: $18-$22 per hour

Job Title: General Labor – 2nd Shift
Pay Range: $18.00 – $22.00/hour (based on experience)
Location: Germantown, WI
Shift: 2nd Shift

Position Summary:

We are hiring a dependable and motivated General Laborer for our 2nd shift team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for long-term, stable employment in a hands-on manufacturing or warehouse environment. Longevity and reliability are highly valued in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general labor tasks including material handling, packaging, and basic machine support

  • Load and unload parts, components, or materials

  • Assist machine operators and other departments as needed

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Follow safety guidelines and company policies

  • Perform visual quality checks and report any issues

Requirements:

  • Strong work ethic and commitment to long-term employment

  • Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

  • Willingness to learn and follow directions

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
