Job Summary:

The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring production machinery to ensure products meet quality and safety standards. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient production flow and minimizing downtime.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate machines according to work orders and specifications.

  • Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality.

  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on machines.

  • Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.

  • Record production data, including quantities, material usage, and machine performance.

  • Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and notify maintenance of larger problems.

  • Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
