Pay Rate: $17 – $24 per hour (based on experience)
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Robotic Welder to join our 2nd shift production team. This position is responsible for operating manual and robotic welding equipment, ensuring parts are welded to specification, and performing quality checks to meet production standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Panasonic TA series MIG welding robots, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Operate manual and/or robotic welding equipment safely and efficiently.
Read and interpret shop orders, engineering drawings, and specifications.
Apply welds per job requirements to produce high-quality completed products.
Assemble and handle metal workpieces, including repetitive lifting and positioning into fixtures.
Measure and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, templates, and rulers.
Perform prescribed quality checks and promptly report issues to lead or supervisor.
Accurately document work and maintain required records (written and electronic).
Perform finishing functions such as grinding, sanding, and other tasks safely.
Conduct operator-level preventive and corrective maintenance on robotic systems and welders.
Develop and modify robotic path motions to maximize safety, efficiency, and quality.
Integrate quality methods into all tasks to ensure consistent output.
Work independently and as part of a team with a positive, results-driven attitude.
Qualifications
Experience running Panasonic TA series MIG welding robots required.
Strong knowledge of robotic and manual welding processes.
Flexible and responsive with a strong teamwork orientation.
Good verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.
