Job Title: Aluminum TIG Welder
Location: Germantown, WI
Pay: $22–$30/hour (Based on Experience)
Shift: 1st Shift (Overtime as needed)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Aluminum TIG Welder to join our team in Germantown, WI. This role is responsible for welding aluminum components to precise specifications using TIG welding techniques. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints, and experience working with thin-gauge aluminum materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform TIG welding on aluminum materials to meet quality standards
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
  • Set up and operate TIG welding equipment
  • Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and quality
  • Grind, clean, and finish welds as needed
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of TIG welding experience (aluminum preferred)
  • Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, tape measures, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of welding symbols and techniques
  • Experience with thin-gauge aluminum welding is a plus
  • Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
