Assembler

Job Title: Assembler
Location: Richfield, WI
Shift: 1st Shift
Pay Rate: $16–$18 per hour (Based on experience)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our 1st shift team. This role involves assembling parts and products according to specifications while maintaining high quality standards and meeting production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble components and products using hand tools, power tools, and written instructions

• Read and follow work orders, diagrams, and assembly drawings

• Inspect parts and finished products for defects or inaccuracies

• Perform basic quality checks to ensure products meet company standards

• Work efficiently to meet daily production requirements

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies

• Assist with packaging, labeling, or other tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently

• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

• Basic math and measurement skills

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–40 lbs as needed
