Job Title: CNC Lathe Operator
Shift: 1st Shift
Pay Rate: $18–$21 per hour (based on experience)
Location: Richfield, WI

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Lathe Operator to join our team in Richfield, WI. This 1st shift position is responsible for operating CNC lathes to produce precision machined parts according to blueprints and specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in machining, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to produce parts to specifications

  • Load raw materials and monitor machining processes

  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions

  • Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure part accuracy

  • Make basic machine adjustments and tool offsets as needed

  • Perform routine maintenance and keep work area clean and organized

  • Inspect finished parts for quality and report any defects

  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of CNC lathe operating experience preferred

  • Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately

  • Strong mechanical aptitude

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Good attendance and reliable work ethic

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
