Shift: 1st Shift
Pay Rate: $25–$30 per hour (based on experience)
Location: Richfield, WI

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced CNC Mill Machinist for a 1st shift opportunity in Richfield, WI. This role is responsible for setting up, programming (if applicable), and operating CNC milling machines to produce high-precision parts according to blueprints and specifications. The ideal candidate has strong setup experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC milling machines (3-axis or 4-axis preferred)

  • Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and job specifications

  • Perform tool changes, set tool offsets, and make program adjustments as needed

  • Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, indicators)

  • Maintain tight tolerances and ensure part quality

  • Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary corrections

  • Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean work area

  • Follow all company safety procedures

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of CNC milling setup and operation experience

  • Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge

  • Experience working with various materials (steel, aluminum, stainless, etc.)

  • Ability to hold tight tolerances

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred
