Job Title: Coil Winder (Large & Small Coils)
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Shifts: 1st & 2nd Shift
Pay: $18 – $19 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking skilled Coil Winders to join our team in Milwaukee, WI. This position involves winding large and small coils according to specifications while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate coil winding machines to produce both large and small coils.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders.
  • Adjust winding machines for tension, turns, and coil dimensions.
  • Handle wire, insulation, and other materials safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect finished coils for quality and conformance to specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on winding equipment.
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Coil Winder or in a similar manufacturing role preferred.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
