Job Title: Compounder / Chemical Blender & Mixer
Location: Mequon, WI
Shifts: 2nd & 3rd Shift
Pay: BOE (Based on Experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Compounder / Chemical Blender & Mixer to join our team in Mequon, WI. This role involves accurately measuring, mixing, and blending raw materials to create chemical formulations while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with production standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Measure and mix raw materials following precise formulas and production instructions.
  • Operate and monitor blending and mixing equipment to ensure proper chemical composition.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure batch consistency and compliance with specifications.
  • Maintain detailed batch records, logs, and documentation.
  • Follow all safety and handling procedures for chemicals and hazardous materials.
  • Clean and maintain equipment and work areas to meet safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in chemical blending, compounding, or mixing preferred.
  • Ability to follow detailed recipes, measurements, and safety protocols.
  • Strong attention to accuracy, safety, and quality control.
  • Comfortable working with hazardous materials and wearing PPE as required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Basic math and measurement skills for weighing and mixing ingredients.
