Job Title: Fabricator
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Shift: 1st Shift Available
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our manufacturing team in Milwaukee. This position is responsible for assembling and fabricating metal components according to blueprints and specifications. The ideal candidate has experience with hand and power tools, measuring instruments, and metal fabrication processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production drawings

• Measure, cut, drill, grind, and assemble metal parts to specifications

• Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, presses, shears, and grinders

• Perform basic welding (MIG/TIG preferred) as needed

• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Qualifications

• Previous fabrication or manufacturing experience preferred

• Ability to read tape measures and blueprints accurately

• Basic welding experience is a plus

• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• High school diploma or GED preferred
