Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating manufacturing equipment, monitoring production processes, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor production machines
Load and unload materials or parts
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Make minor machine adjustments as needed
Identify and report equipment malfunctions or quality issues
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow work instructions, safety rules, and production schedules
Complete production and quality documentation

Qualifications:

Previous machine operation experience preferred (will train qualified candidates)
Ability to read work instructions and basic blueprints
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
