Job Title: Sign Installer
Location: Glendale, WI
Pay Rate: $20+ per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, typically 1st shift (hours may vary depending on installation schedule)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sign Installer to join our team in Glendale, WI. In this role, you will be responsible for installing a variety of indoor and outdoor signage at customer locations. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with tools, following installation plans, and working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install interior and exterior signage at commercial and retail locations

  • Read and follow installation drawings, blueprints, and work orders

  • Measure, level, and mount signs accurately using appropriate tools and hardware

  • Operate basic hand and power tools safely

  • Assist with loading, transporting, and unloading signage and materials

  • Ensure all installations meet company quality and safety standards

  • Work from ladders, lifts, or scaffolding when required

  • Communicate with team members and customers during installation projects

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

  • Previous installation, construction, carpentry, or sign industry experience preferred

  • Ability to safely use hand and power tools

  • Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in varying weather conditions

  • Ability to read basic measurements and installation instructions

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Valid driver’s license preferred

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
