Job Title: Welder

Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift Available
Pay Rate: Based on Experience (DOE)

Position Summary:

We are hiring skilled Welders for all shifts at our Milwaukee facility. The ideal candidates will have experience with MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding and be capable of reading blueprints and working with various types of metals. This role is essential to supporting production and ensuring quality in our fabricated components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG, TIG, or Stick welding on a variety of metal materials.

• Interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings to complete assignments accurately.

• Set up and operate welding machines and related tools.

• Inspect welds for quality and accuracy; make adjustments as needed.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following all safety protocols.

• Assist with fitting, grinding, and assembly as required.

• Work collaboratively with other team members and departments.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; welding certification preferred.

• 1+ year of welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment preferred.

• Proficient in MIG, TIG, or Stick welding (depending on position).

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

• Ability to work any shift and perform overtime as needed.

• Strong attention to detail and safety-minded.
